It varies by job — adding a fan where there was already a fan or fixture is usually quick; running new wire to a ceiling that has no electrical box, or working a cathedral ceiling, takes longer. We give a flat-rate quote on site or over the phone. Bundle pricing kicks in at 3+ fans installed in one visit.
If you're replacing an existing fan or fixture with a like-for-like fan and the box is already fan-rated, it's a DIY job for many homeowners. Where we add value: cathedral ceilings, new wire runs, fan-rated box swaps, smart-fan setup, and any time the existing box looks questionable (standard light boxes aren't rated for fan weight or vibration).
Yes — including downrod-mount fans on ceilings up to 20 feet. We bring the lift, the proper-length downrod, and remote/smart controls so you don't need to reach the fan to operate it.
